Due to the limited-capacity and private nature of our training and services, all courses, consultations, and application assistance are scheduled on a limited availability basis.
Availability:
Some services may temporarily display as “Sold Out” due to scheduling limitations, instructor availability, administrative workload, or private booking capacity. Availability may change at any time.
If a service appears unavailable, customers are encouraged to contact us directly regarding future scheduling opportunities or waitlist availability. Please contact us directly.
Scheduling:
Many services are conducted through private scheduling arrangements. Submission of payment or inquiry does not guarantee immediate scheduling availability until confirmed directly. This is why we explicitly communicate to contact us BEFORE making a payment.
Refund Policy:
Due to instructor scheduling, administrative preparation, range coordination, and limited enrollment capacity, all sales are final once scheduling has been confirmed.
Customers are required to contact us prior to payment to confirm current availability and scheduling. Failure to review service descriptions, scheduling instructions, or availability notices does not qualify for a refund.
By submitting payment, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Rescheduling:
Reasonable rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on instructor availability and scheduling capacity.
