While many people rely on generic YouTube videos, this hands-on session provides personalized instruction tailored to your firearm platform. Students will learn how to properly disassemble, clean, lubricate, inspect, and reassemble their handgun while gaining a better understanding of common wear areas specific to their firearm platform, preventative maintenance practices, and reliability considerations unique to their handgun.
Students will also receive a custom reference video of themselves and their instructor working through the process together, allowing them to confidently reference the exact cleaning and maintenance procedure for their firearm during future cleanings and inspections at home, as well as recall any questions, techniques, or platform-specific considerations discussed during the session.
Course requirements:
A valid New York State handgun permit and handgun.
